Indonesian Rainstorm Is Made With Both White And Black Teas. The White Tea Is Made Completely With Buds And Is Minimally Processed. The Black Tea Starts As Young Tea Leaves. These Are Withered, Broken, Fully Oxidized, And Dried With Hot Air. Smaller Pieces, Similar In Size To Fannings, Are Separated Out Of The White And Black Teas And Blended Together. The Smaller Pieces Make For A Faster Steep And Bold Flavorful Cup Of Tea.
